This just goes to show what factory farming does best-breed diseases. Until the public decides that cheap meat products is not an even trade off for health, this will only get worse. It's only a matter of time before this or something like this infects our major food sources. We need to break away from the factory farms and be more self sufficient. Feed your own families food that you know to be safe from chemicals etc. I am not a PETA freak, my husband & I have our own farm. We raise as much of our own food as possible. Thhis inclueds gardens, orchard and many types of poultry & the occasional beef when needed. All this on 1 very well organized efficient acre of land. If we can raise our family of 6 on this, so can many of you. Try it, you will never go back to processed fruits/veggies or meat again after growing your own. If you can't do it where you live, try to get it locally. You will not regret it.
