I agree make it legal,let the gov't get theit tax cut,and that way states would stop locking people up for marijuana. Been trying that in nohio since mid 70's. still no luck. maybe soon.

Uuuuuggghhh.... I fear these pot dispensaries might actually hurt the cause for legalization. These medical pot places are not going to want the herb to become legal because it will take away their business. They already want fellow dispensaries shut down to avoid competition. Not cool

Some argue the 90 dollar fee is too much! You guys are too much-this is a scam, these are pot heads, the doctors should be jailed and it's another social ill to add to the free porn, gay marriage and medicare fraud schemes! Any boomers have an ounce of decency left in stead of an ounce of pot from doctor Jeckle! Move to nevada, call harry reid and pelosi and complain if ya don't like!

Yeah because we have so much money to waste on incarcerating people on victimless crimes. The United States' incarceration rate is the highest in the world, at 737 persons imprisoned per 100,000.

and it's another social ill to add to the free porn, gay marriage and medicare fraud schemes!

Whats wrong with free porn? God forbid the gays are given the same rights as the rest of us! I don't know what the medicare fraud has to do with the others.

The time of ignorantly labeling cannabis aficionados as 'potheads' is OVER. The VAST majority of us are hard-working, tax-paying, home-owning, child-rearing American CITIZENS, who simply want to relax with a SAFER substance than alcohol or cigarettes.

Alcohol KILLS 75,000 Americans a year.

Tobacco KILLS 450,000 Americans a year.

Cannabis kills ZERO Americans a year.

In a country that is supposed to be all about freedom, you sure seem to want to deny the freedoms of a lot of other Americans. Potheads harm no one but themselves, and they barely do that. Get off your judgmental high horse, and stop mindlessly oppressing folks who don't deserve it.

I'm not a user of pot, but I've been around "potheads" at parties and at concerts, and it seems to just mellow people out. I've seen people get drunk and then get in fights, but I have yet to see anyone smoke pot and then do anything but mellow out and go to sleep.

Let's just legalize it and move on.

Not everyone gets laid back and lazy!

I use happy smoke as a tool to make me exercise more often - it fills me with energy, makes me feel like Superman, and turns a 30 minute jog into a 2 hour endurance run.

I've accomplished MANY (for me) pretty amazing athletic feats thanks to my green leaf of life.

My girlfriend, who disapproves of my pot use, always steals a few that I've pre-rolled. When she wants some yard work done she'll pull one out and hand me a lighter! She knows that she'll get above-and-beyond work done, both quantity and quality...
