Why Germany? Doesn't he trust anyone in Egypt?
The Arab countries are not known for their good medical practices, even though their doctors are educated in Europe or the US.
It's nice to know that this "elected President" ruling for 30 years can leave the country for good health care in Germany...while denying the chances for his people to have good health care in their own homeland. Shows what a miserable failure as a leader he is.... only taking care of himself and his family while his people have nothing....
He should have gone to a government run hospital and had his surgery there just like all other Egyptians. tsk, tsk...
