The other day I saw a duck pond in front of the hospital with hundreds of different species of ducks.... I thougt to myself..."man, I just fell so out of place as a human, but when I see those ducks.... I just get this realy deep feeling inside like something is missing.... So I jumped into the pond and started swimming with the ducks and did that for a year. I later met a female duck and we hit it off so well. I wanted to ask it to marry me, but it is against the law to do that in our state, I wanted to get surgery to have my feet webbed, a duck bill surgically put on, and wings on my back... (finally found a doctor to do that and now I am sooo happy and sooo full, I just need counciling once a week to help me adjust to my new life which is paid for by medicare... because you know I was "born" that way) I want to marry my duck companion, but the government wont let me... something about marrige is between two humans, not a human and an animal.... even the animal rights activist are against me! They just don't understand.... so I am proposing a law to be written specifically for ME that will allow me to marry my duck companion..... and I also want bathrooms to be built in all business that will accomadate me because I am a duck man, and well you just need to accept that. If you dont accept it then you are closed minded and live ina bubble.....

Dude, Cuba is not making any propaganda about it, our media is. FYI all foreigners arriving Cuba in the upcoming months will be required to have medical insurance while in Cuba, so your idea of free gender exchange won't work free for our American candidates. Also Cuba dropped the 'atheist state' motif back in 1998, as a requisite for Pope John Paul II visit.

Why would a story like this have one bit of media play in the U.S.? Who cares how Cuba wastes their money. Are we being conditioned for a push for this procedure to be covered under our future government health-care program? I think they'll print this story now, then make occasional reference to it in the future so that when the time comes, they can point to Cuba as being far ahead of stodgy Americans on this issue. Like M. Moore's portrayal of Cuba's health-care system being superior to the U.S. system. And all our sheeple in unison will shake their heads in agreement.

"Sex-change" is not what these surgeries involve. Castrating a male doesn't make it a female - there are numerous parts and plumbing needed to be a woman that these people will never have. And strapping a penis (no matter how realistic) to a woman doesn't enable that person to fertilize an egg.
"Sex-change" is simple mutilation.
So you are contending that the ability to fertilize an egg is what makes a man a man? Cause there are plenty of so-called men that can't do that, are they no longer men?

Human Rights...to get a sex change at someone else expense when people are denied their basic rights in that country. I have no issues with homosexuals or transexuals, but when you start saying this surgery is a right you are sadly mistaken. How can you say you have a right for the government or insurance companies to pay for a cosmetic surgery? I want my wife to have bigger boobs, she doesnt feel right without them and she has a right to have someone else pay for that...what a joke...get a life.
It is a shame you publish something like this and no mention to the ongoing hunger strike of one of the most important dissidents in Cuba who is about to collapse and die. Even Europe is taking about it everyday. And nothing comes out from the mouth of Mr. Obama related to that neither. UNBELIEVABLE.

well, as soon as the gays get on here,if (out of their i want area) all our comments will be deliberately push down for their pro gay agenda. gays are the only people on the civil rights law suits here in america that can hide in a closet. the poor in any country have no-where to hide, including ours. you can't hide color or gender (outside of these) etc...
Pro-gay agenda? I have never seen gays going door to door to convert people into gays, I have to turn down some religious missionaries, but no gays so far. Just leave them alone.
