Seeing the lack of support from administrators and lunchroom workers that appeard on the show, coupled with the unhealthy food the children are still eating at home (incase you didn't see the show, most of the kids couldn't even identify common vegetables, such as brocolli or a potatoe), this is not at all suprising.
I hope that communities appearing on future shows will be more supportive of his efforts to help make their children healthier.
