Generally, if you wear pants that are the correct size and not two sizes too small, the muffin top pretty much disappears. Best customers are thin people who have no other place to Liposuction fat? I generally find it irritating when people vilify all plastic surgeons -- their speciality helps people who have suffered accidents or who need reconstructive surgery after procedures like mastectomies -- but this doctor... yikes
I think surgeons who are operating on extremely thin women, like Heidi, have got some issues and are questionable; I honestly question their ethics. A legitimate plastic surgeon will not encourage and will actually even refuse to operate on a size 0 woman as they really have no fat, no soggy skin or lipo-requiring problems -- even if that means losing out on 10k. Women like this have issues in their brain and need to see a shrink instead, not a plastic surgeon, as they can only be resolved through therapy and medicine. It is the job of a plastic surgeon to operate on people who are mentally stable, not people who have psychological issues. I am surprised he did not even screen her or find her expectations of her physique to be extremely unrealistic. Bread back surgery is for women who have a few extra pounds or have lost an extreme amount of weight and now have soggy skin; it's not for anorexic-looking women with grapefruit sized fake boobs who want to have ridiculous bodily proportions, like a life-sized Barbie. This girl's screaming for psychological help and no one is doing anything, except indulging her fantasies and taking her money, and that's sad. Not even her husband is willing to intervene on her behalf, talk about sad!
Ridiculous how doctors are sucking fat out of a woman who is already "very thin". I absolutely agree that this girl is mentally ill. She needs psychological help. There's a big problem when a woman starts carving up her body to extreme proportions in order to be famous. There are psychological problems when someone obsessively craves unwavering attention from anyone and everyone.
This girl obviously has very low self esteem and no brain.
I have an idea...if we stop talking about her, she will go away.

I grew up in the area that she comes from, a small mountain town in Colorado, Spencer won't go there because the locals would just love a shot at his fake, Hollywood ass. I have seen some of his filmed "fights" and he wouldn't know what hit him if he got in some ranch kid's face.

Please do not use the word war when referring to cosmetic surgery. It is an insult to those who risk their lives, or have had their lives taken protecting our country. If you are a true "health writer", I am sure you can write about something more informative and educational for your readers. Perhaps that is not possible, since you seem to enjoy living in the drama of Hollywood degenerates.
I think that Heidi Montag is an idiot. She had a perfectly beautiful body before the plastic surgery and now she has a plastic look on her face. Her boobs are too big for her thin body. She wasted all that money on needless improvements. What she should improve are her acting skills - nonexistent - and her brain - also nonexistent. She remInds me of Kelly Pickler on "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?" when she was asked the capital of Hungary. She said "Is Hungary a country"? Never heard of it. Someone said it's part of Europe and she said "I thought Europe was a country." Every time Heidi opens her mouth something incongruous pops out. Did she go to school? And, if so, for how long? If these people are indicative of our school systems, we are in TROUBLE.
