Really? Over 2700 pages and the Dems never addressed curbing costs? I guess they leave the hard decisions to Republicans, so then they can attack those "meanies". Meanwhile, the Dems spend like our grandchildren and the "wealthy" over $100,000 have an infinite supply of money available for forced transfer to the "poor". Socialists!

This is exactly what my concern was. It did nothing to control cost. It wasn't because I was racist. It wasn't because I hated poor people. It wasn't because I was ignorant of what was in the bill. It wasn't because I was a wing nut. But President Obama and the Democrats just had to have their "victory" at the expense of the American people.

Why all these questions now? Shouldn't the media have addressed these very real questions before the bill was passed? no, they were too busy planting their lips all over President Obama's butt.

Of course it doesn't address costs. That would require congress to act like adults and actually say no to people once in a while. The health care system is totally unsustainable with soul crushing run away inflation. Rather than address the problem the dems just piled millions more on the run away train. When the country is bankrupt and every entrepreneur or professional has fled the country we're going to see how wonderful free candy really is!

Costs were not addressed?  The next useful crisis will be cost and the most expedient cost savings will be realized by denying care to those the progressives have long been determined to eliminate from society.  Are you chronically ill, overweight, older, disabled, the list is long and political rethoric aside,  the truth will be in their actions.  Class warfare has set you up to be the next target and you bought into it hook, line, and sinker.  Perhaps a bit of actual thought as opposed to childish ranting and raving could help you see what this is ALL about.  Political rulers have NO genuine concern for ANY individual or group of individuals.  The voters are merely a means to their end ..... power.
