Interesting article... I've never heard of metabolomics. You learn something everyday! It's interesting to see how the body responds to even 10 minutes of activity... I know after I have an intense workout my body feels 'tingly' for a good hour or two... and I assumed that was my bodies chemicals reacting to the activity.
Interesting to know that this kind of reaction can be triggered after only 10 min of activity. It would be interesting to have a test which could tell each individual what the ideal time to exercise for their body type is.... maybe some of us are over exercising and actually having a negative effect. Please let that be the case!
You have to give exercises such as these some time. Your body has to adjust to the metabolic changes. I agree that it is very interesting that it starts to work after only just ten minutes. That is even faster than our physical therapy software.
