The fact of the matter is that cancer kills too many uninsured Americans every day. Twenty-six percent of any sector of our population is too much when there are treatments available. I am currently undergoing chemo-therapy for colon cancer and my oncologist flat-out told me that if I didn't have insurance I wouldn't be receiving treatment. My colectomy suregery was $72K. Each of my 13 chemo treatments are $11K each. The problem is that someone is profiting off my cancer and we need to stop that in America.
Maybe if they got off their backs and maybe stopped smoking crack and went out and got a job they would have insurance.
I am at work, not on my back and have never smoked crack. I dare you to find you nearest hood and go make this comment.
