Im a first aid trainer for nottingham england and i think hands only cpr is better than atempting to include rescue breaths as it maintains presure to keep the organs oxegenated bur the british resusitation council dont agree im some kind of heritic in there eyes so thanks to all the people that have studied this i feel much better now look forward to any more comments you may have
