What is being a Senior well I'm one and in my 70's having more fun chasing women. I've come to the conclusion I just love women even at my age. I can out dance most people i see on the dance floor. I dont mean polka's! Women are attracted to me for some reason. Ego no its strange since I've cut my hair short and call it the Brad Pitt look and women love it. Women love to dance thats one of my secrets. Also i try to keep inshape by doing road work of 3 to 4 miles a day with cardo,bike work. I recommend that to every person who is entering "SENIORHOOD". Most of my friends can't keep up with me and besides their in rest homes,dead,sick or just bored and obeste...so my freinds get out there and dance and do road work!
