Isn't it meant to "improve" things instead of make them worse than they already are? Ive waited over 3 hours before to get stitches literally dripping blood on the floor while waiting. Leave it to the wonderful politicians to "fix" things. Inept greed fueled bastards!

More patients and fewer doctors = longer waits and more deaths in line. THAT'S the point of this bill. Let the weak die in line, Mr. Hussein Obama....especially if they're old. Next to our tax code, this is the biggest piece of garbage legislation EVER!

It deserves a MASSIVE rewrite ASAP.
