Very good article but I have a couple of things to add. As a flight crew member and Certified Travel Agent, I have several trick in my flight crew bag to share with you:
To reduce gas, bloat in flight: take 2 ginger root capsules 20 min. before departure
To eliminate heart burn: take 4 Kyolic organic garlic supplement capsules 10 min before meal
Drink plenty of water in flight to stay hydrated
Drink orange juice every 2 hrs on long haul flights to maintain proper blood sugar levels
Don't eat a full meal onboard but rather pack snacks like almonds, dried fruit
To relax and sleep on a layover: drink a cup of hot water with 6 dashes of peppermint oil before bed time
To reduce swelling in ankles and feet: rub with a few drops of lavender oil mixed with peppermint oil...massage areas
To keep hands clean and fresh: keep baby wipes in tote and purse when touring
To get rid of a headache: rub temples with a drop of peppermint oil and breath deep
Pack light and carry-on...pack everything you need in one rollaboard and one tote no matter how long the trip
Just a few tips from my upcoming book. See you in the air. Gala
I have purchased Ambien from www.medsheaven.com and I am very satisfied with this product, ambien is a great sleep and relaxation med! I recommend medsheaven.com and if you take ambien with alcohol then it will act like Roofies! LOL
Hi,
Just wantede to say what a great article this is. I can relate to taking the probiotics..
I wen to Bali a few years ago and took Probiotics and found that I did not get the stomach issues that others did.
I still take the Probiotic on a daily basis as it makes my gut feel lighter and improves my wellness.
