Love the light exercise at work idea. I use a FitDesk. It is an exercise bike with a laptop holder. Easy to get on Computer, Hard to get on exercise equipment. I am 23 years old 5 feet 4 inches and 235 pounds. I want to lose about 95 pounds and be about 140 pounds. I am very worried about my breast sagging badly and everything else honestly. I use to be a very atheltic person so I feel I can get back into my exercise routine. What are the chances of my body just sagging all over?
I am in my late fifties, have Multiple Sclerosis (MS), and am very overweight. I need to lose about 80 pounds. I have tried just about every diet in the book except the Dukane Diet; exercising is very painful for me. Those who don't know anything about MS, it strikes everyone differently. I try stationary bicycling, but my legs hurt tremendously. I enjoy riding my free standing bicycle, but living in a very hot climate makes it unbearable to ride - unless it is late fall or winter time. the MS is killing me, actually, debilitating me more than anything and I don't need the extra weight to rush the process of my exiting life any sooner. WHAT can I do to get rid of the 80 #'s - short of not eating at all which is not a good thing to do anyway? Waiting for a god plan.
I have a big tummy .. 34 inches to be exact . I felt very insecure as when i look into the mirror i see a very unattractive person and one thing worst is that my pants and skirts no longer fit anymore.. I am doing the sit ups exercise and bicycle routine which my legs hangs up . i do this exercise at least 200 times every night in my bed . for me its very good as i felt very tired afterwards and fall asleep easily.. What i would like to know if its not bad for the health doing such exercise then sleeping afterwards. I am afraid that it might cause health problems.. pls help as i am eager and dying to reduce this bulges and i dont have time to exercise in the morning as i am a working mom. Thank you very much
On February 1, 2011 i weighed 240 pounds. Today I weighed in at 205. I want to get down to 180 including new muscle mass. Even though I have almost lost 40 pounds I still have like C cup pectorals (man breasts) that are all fat as well as a large hanging belly. I will continue to lose weight and reach my goal but I am scared I will have to pay a fortune in cosmetic surgery to remove the saggy excess skin. What do you think will happen and do you have any suggestions or advice on this situation???
