I am a native Texan from Houston although I live in the Seattle area now. When I was in Houston it was SO HOT in the summer with such high humidity you just could not even breath when you walked outside. My boyfriend thought that going to Memorial Part at high noon when the temp outside was 104 and walking the 3 miles in the heat would be good for us both. I swear I though I was going to die of heat stroke. It was like torture. I am SO GLAD to be out of the heat. Up here, when it gets above 85 people act like they are dying. I said "hell, you don't have any IDEA what hot is".
My nephew is vomiting yellow fluid and having sevee body cramps in mid to upper stomach and has been doing physical labor in the heat...he refuses t go to the doctor and I was wanting to know if anyone can tell me how to treat this at home.
