If this is purposeful act, we are dealing with another story of serious mental health issues. The world has gone mad due conflicted leadership. I notice more craziness from ordinary people, look out world.

This is a very dangerous trend.  Worse than tampering with food products or even public shootings.   I expect this kind of crime to be repeated.  Perhaps some bad elements are testing the system to see if they can disrupt the food supplies of first-world nations.

This is the last thing they need! The drought has been bad enough for them, I really hope the police crush this person or people responsible for this crime
