What a shame that such a cute girl with such great talent feels the need for a plastic surgeon at her age. What is that doctor thinking (other than grabbing some press for himself)?
To diana-659660--I agree. That doctor should be ashamed of himself for doing the procedure on such a young girl who has not fully grown. It is unethical. If Glee is the one who put the pressure on her to have it done--shame on themselves, too. She should be proud of herself exactly the way she is.
Saw Charice on the P:B special "Hit Man" with David Foster. Charice blew my husband and me away. She has a powerhouse voice and is a little doll. She is Filipino and has a darling round face. She doesn't need to change it. Anyone who encouraged her should be ashamed, and the doc who did it should have his ethics questioned.
American actresses are beginning to all look alike. Same little noses, wide eyes, etc. European actresses, and especially British seem to know who they are and don't have to become part of the cookie cutter gang. So much more attractive and interesting to be an individual.
I think this is a horrible example for our young people who are already obsessed with their looks. This is a totally disgusting thing to be doing, especially at 18. Be happy with who you are and what you look like. Her round face is a part of her heritage. Is she ashamed of who she is and where she came from?
