Would someone please explain to me why DeKoster is still allowed to provide food to the American public. Or, for that matter, is not in prison?
Of course he has, but let's wait until it's a crisis to do anything about it. Why is it always this way with everything???
Hey! Where are all the Republican small government, anti-regulation folks today? Can't they see that this large regional employers is being beaten down by the feds and their cumbersome, unnecessary regulations???

Answer: Same place the Democratic large government was during all the violations. Or haven't you noticed the years of violations cross party lines.
Actually, the Bush administration sucessfully fought attempts at regulations for the food industry. The Obama administration implemented rules to protect American consumers of foods and these rules went into effect in July of this year and lo and behold...there was a problem.
As the article stated, the question is where were the regulators that our over blown tax dollars are paying for!!!! If we have to pay for the gubment to regulate everything in the country, it would be nice if they did their job and kept things like this from happening. Republicans don't mind necesary oversight, it is the waste we are forced to pay for we mind!

Why don't we just ban and do away with the FDA all together, or better yet put them in charge of Oil. And leave the food alone for crying out loud. Other countries that do not have the FDA do not have half the problems we do here in the states.
