My husband & I suffer terribly from rag weeds and I'm sure other things . We have two cats to make things worst. We do have our bed protected against mites ( Using special mattress and pillow protectors ) We take showers before retiring, and also Zyrtec in the morning. This time of year is not fun for us.We also have a Neti pot ( very helpful )

I was doing fine until my insurance company quit paying anything for my Allegra D. I have had allergy testing 9 hrs after a twice a day dose and it held down my ragweed, dust mites and pollen reactions to barely there and suppressed my cat and dog to a degree. I was willing to fork out the $84 per month copay but no way I can pay $250. The worst part is that I work for a large Hospital chain and it's their insurance plan.
