nice article, but that's just the small part of the problem. The big part is that health care facility's have no law's in place to forbid them from throwing med's and narcotic down the drain or toilet. Hospital's and long care facility's,doctor's office, cancer clinic's,etc.. still take the cheap way out. Those medicines are in full strength and if you check out how many health care sites there are in every city in every state dumping meds out the wrong way just to save a buck, it's sicking. This is a big big problem.I have done a year's worth of reading and asking questions. HEALTH CARE IS A big problem they need strong laws
