I don't think tannins are necessarily bad, they just make things bitter. It's why some red wines taste incredibly bittry and dry. Actually, shell a pecan - that red powder is tannin.
I would add...get all surgical procedures done in the morning. Dr's aren't worth a crap after lunch. I worked at a hospital for over 8 years and I know this is true.
I've always steeped green tea all day, now I will also rinse with it after meals! Interesting about walking backwards, hard to do that in a manufacturing environment though, so think I will try it at home.
Excellent and lacitcarp advice (I assume this applies to writing as well).
But, if I face West and walk backwards, will this increase the absolute effect by taking advantage of the earth's rotation about its axis? Or, must I also consider the earth's rotation around the sun? Ditto the solar system's, the galaxy's, universe/cosmos, etc? What if I dunk my tea bag down and then up instead of up and then down, while my tea steeps, while I am walking backward?
This is much more complicated than it first appears. <|:)-|--<
Sometimes I will walk up a flight of stairs backwards, very carefully. Then one forwards, i don't know why I started doing this, but I do it once in a while.
I thought that steeping tea for more than 3 min gives it more tannins (which are supposed to be bad)

Green tea steeped overnight then strained and cooled does not taste bitter. Plus you can drink
it all day without jitters, and fall asleep that night without insomnia, and wake up right before
the alarm when the clock hand clicks, saving that annoying burst of heart pumping adrenaline.
Chamomile tea is even better, but doesn't provide the airy uplift stimulation of the green tea.
if i walk backwards, does that take miles off the odometer?

I just tried the "walking backwards." It really works. I am however, still trying to recover from the ribbing I got from my co-workers.
Happy to see that I already do most of these.
