I spent my vacation with relatives in the south who smoke. I can not believe how prevalent it is there. They also smoke in front of their children, and yes they know the risks, at this point I do not know what could be done. Also I have realized that not only do the comments here show a red line when a word is misspelled, they offer another spelling below it. No more excuses for smokers or bad grammar.

The non-smoking band wagon can all take a hike. As many people have quit that are going to quit. That is until our fabulous new health care plan will come into being. If you think you've seen it now, wait until the government will dictate to you what you can also eat or drink (and yes that will include alcohol) as well as any food products that "they" feel is not good for you. The government is going to determine what is best for you. The non-smoking band wagon was just the start of this.

They are here to protect us from ourselves. They think we are like children. Don't tell us what the goes on the real world (and believe me, they do a darn good job of controlling the media). Don't tell us how bad the economy really is or whom has stolen what from us all. These things might scare us children. So keep us in the dark about the real important stuff. You know, like a mushroom, keep us in the dark and feed us $**t.
