I can't believe this string of outrageous and unfounded remarks. It is possible that the Chinese governent is making an effort to eradicate this disease and to progress further in their efforts to have the same benefits that we have in the Western world.

If their vaccine is as good as the chloramphenicol laced seafood and the poison laden sheet-rock they send us, we can eliminate the red peril and the bunch over here that don't believe in the good of the people all at one time.

Vaccines work- and there is no credible evidence that the dangers have ever outweighed the benefit. A pity that the voodoo beliefs resulting from a fundamental lack of education have become such a part of popular culture that even the Chinese are affected; I'd prefer to see such mandatory vaccinations world wide proceed without opposition to control or even eradicate some of the diseases which have plagued us for so long.

There aren't any confirmations that vaccines cause brain damage by the health institutes funded and paid off by big pharma. The big coverup of what is at the root cause of autism and other defects is proof enough for me. Actions speak louder than words!!!!!

Why don't you personally take all of the vaccines that Chinese won't take. Paul Offit says vaccines are perfectly safe. You can handle it. You could video tape your convulsions to prove to the world how safe vaccines are.
Vaccines are lifesavers. The health institutes are not paid for by big Pharma (much to big Pharma's chagrin). Many of the physician individuals on the committees that review the safety data for vaccines are parents themselves. They rigorously review the data with the knowledge that their recommendations to the CDC/FDA etc may impact millions of people, most of whom are children. If you want to know what doctors REALLY think about vaccines, find out if they immunize their children. They overwhelmingly immunize their beloved and priceless children (as all children are viewed by their parents). We (I am a physician) do so not because of something the government "tells" us but because we understand the science and epidemiology behind the vaccines themselves and know they protect not only our chidren but also the children in our communities.
look Doc while i would love to believe you. you forget one thing, you don't do what the government tells ya, but the drug companies and the government carry on behind close doors of antics you may not even be aware of.i still firmly believe that autusm is caused by vaccines and is being covered up by the big pay off.i'm not and idiot and i'm not alone on this one either

That is not the question. If one uses the benefits outweigh the danger argument then conceivably millions would have to die (and recognized as vaccine death) and the mass vaccination schedule would still be justified. I find this argument to be fallacious fodder.

From all the defective stuff that China has sent to the USA and other countries, I would be very careful about their vaccines as well. They may be perfectly "safe" (as vaccines go, anyway), but suspicion of the quality is very founded in China's production inconsistencies. I find it interesting that the Chinese people are equally suspicious for the same reasons.
It would be wonderful to erradicate measles and other terrible diseases, and I sincerely hope that it happens in my lifetime. I truly hope that the Chinese are producing quality-controlled, safe medications for their people and children.
It's tough being a parent when you have to make these choices.
Take the vaccine & 1 in 100,000 can have a negative effect.
Don't take the vaccine & 5 in 100,000 will have a negative affect from the disease.
I'm thinking in China, the main concern is mishandling of the vaccines or the manufacturing process. As in the pet food or baby formula contamination.
In Britain, U.S. and other places it's probably the Thimerosal preservative in some vaccines. The MMR vaccine doesn't contain this preservative. In fact many vaccines don't as it renders the vaccines ineffective. NOTE-Thimerosal contains some mercury.
I personally never gave much credit to this possibility as some vaccines have contained this organic additive since the 1930's. The rise in Autism is a recent development. Also many vaccines that did have Thimerosal no longer do & the rate hasn't changed.
Also something Most People are not aware of is that a lot of mental development Issues have been reclassified as autism. Kind of like MD-Muscular Dystrophy. It's actually a multitude of problems under 1 label. Another Factor is people being diagnosed that never were before because of better diagnostic Technology.
Being fair, One researcher isn't sure that actually accounts for the total rise in the number of cases. Also thinks something other then Vaccines could be involved and thinks research should continue to study the issue. From what I've found it appears this has been studied & re-studied since the beginning with the same outcome. That's OK by me. better safe then sorry. New technology does find things we missed on occasion.
If exposure to Thimerosal is decreasing there should be a corresponding decrease in Autism. This Isn't happening.
I've thought for sometime they should look at EM Fields. Cell Phones, Wireless Systems. These things work on the same frequency's as Micro-Waves. Our increased exposure to these things coincide with Autism and possibly with other health problems.
These things are approved as safe by only one primary criteria. They will not burn you as in touching a hot poker. Research going back to the 1960's show that these things can cause genetic mutations as in causing cysts, multiple types of cancer among other problems. Autism is associated with genetic problems.
If it turns out that cell phones are partly to blame, you can't sue the phone companies. The Government gave them immunity to possible health effect law suits in the late 90's. Also a lot of research & money is being spent to reduce EM fields & radio waves. Maybe that's why study after study continues to be inconclusive on the subject. Can't have a conclusion that's negative until they find the fix. If there wasn't a problem that would eventually prove out, the results wouldn't be inconclusive over & over. This way they cover their a$$. They can say they weren't sure until the final conclusion was verified.
I live in China and we have a newborn..I take the baby to Hong Kong for all immunizations. After the baby formula scandal that sickened 300,000 babies and a recent recurrence of the same stuff getting back on the market I just am leery of a newly introduced vaccine. In HK they use imported vaccines from the major US or UK pharmas.
Will the vaccine also make the girls sterile? Hmmm... since the UN is not involved, probably not...

And they are inherently biased towards the political strategy of mass vaccination with limited informed consent.
Also ask them if they strictly follow the CDC schedule or do they forgo any vaccine and why. Do you know that these people are called antivaccine because they make informed choices that go against an agenda?

But doctors do what doctors do because doctors do what doctors are taught. Of course they BELIEVE in vaccines. But there is NOTHING scientific that says "mass vaccinate 6 billion people". That is a philosophical/political strategy not scientific.
Just a comment about vaccines in general:
They do save lives. Lots of them, but one of the worst things that this country did, was to stop vaccinating against small pox because the government said it was irriactated. This disease will come back to haunt us, and it will kill a lot of people.
It is just evolution working at its best. As humans, there is nothing above us on the food chain, thus something has to exist to control the population or in the end, we will end up dying due to over population. Mainly lack of clean water, which we are starting to see some of this go on right now.
