first off alot of this bulling comes from parents how they raise there children who think their better than anyone else if u dont wear name brand clothes u get made fun of if u dont fit in u get made fun of all schools need to wear uniforms this will cut out alot of bulling and some kids do this bulling because they think it makes them look big in front of their friends which doesnt it only hurt the other person and things like this happen which is really very sad

The three who deserve blame in this case and every one like are the parents for raising such obnoxious, mean and self-entitled little monsters, the school (teachers, coaches, principal) for doing nothing or next to nothing when students behavior is so bad, and the students themselves for bullying and harassing anyone who is different or weaker or maybe just new. Its horrible every time things like this happen.
