What is it, election time again? Leave those people alone.

Give it a rest. Medical marijuana...well, marijuana in general is here to stay. Legalize it, sell it, tax it and move on to more important problems like jobs, aid to the homeless, improving the school system, etc. This drug has been demonized for so long for no real reasons. If the government cared about our health, then ALCOHOL and TOBACCO would not be legal....ever. So, let's just tax the sins we enjoy and keep going.

People have worked long and hard to establish legitimacy for medical marijuana. Dispensaries not in compliance with the state law need to be shut down. We don't let tobacco shops sell tax-free tobacco or sell to minors, because those are state laws regulating such a shop. If we want medical pot, or even recreational pot, to be accepted, we have to follow state law when possible.

It's so easy to get a medical card in California, I have no idea why they would sell to anyone who doesn't have one. Idiocy. They bring heat on the dispensaries that are actually providing medicine.

You want to sell pot to your buddies? I don't have a problem with that. Just don't manipulate a law based on compassion to do it.
