Interesting. Sounds like throwing chicken bones on the floor and then reading them. Incense and lots of tatoos might improve overall accuracy. Suspect the ObamaCare architects will probably wait until they perfect channeling.
Wow a 78 year old gets treatment which in total probably exceeded $100,000 and there are people in this county that cannot afford simple routine care. We don't need death panels, but the man did not get 7 blockages from a healthy diet.
What was said about using the test (if the test is even reliable) to promote prevention rather then expensive, temporary, difficult, treatment in the elderly? A "stitch in time" could certainly be better then using it as a guide for angiograms. I don't see how this test would help our unfortunate vegan who must surely want better treatment options, not tests (and likely for heart and peripheral vessels also). How would the test even compare to a obtaining a good family history? I can understand that it is little solace to expect you could have died years earlier if you were not a vegan (wish I was!). The developers either are forced or wish to monetize the test, but that is how we are forced to finance our research in this age.
I wonder how many people in this study were women. If I, a female, complained of unexplained fatigue to my doctor, I'd be diagnosed on the spot with the vapors and be told to eat a healthy diet, exercise and "do the best you can." I'm pretty sure I wouldn't get tested for heart disease.

Interesting. Wish I could find out what genes are assayed.
