As for the use of condoms in movies, if Cali wants to make that a law, then I say go for it. There are 49 other states, and I'm sure movie production could be held in at least a few of them. If Cali mandates condom use, you still will be able to find videos and pictures and whatever else where they are not used. Cali isn't the whole world. I believe that is possibly why the use of condoms is not mandated yet in Cali. They don't want to loose the taxes.
