Perhaps we should just let all Mothers and Fathers out of prison to care for their children. Being incarcerated subjects parents to unnecessary restrictions. Most folks are in prison for a reason, and it is usually not because they are model citizens or parents. Some folks intentionally get locked up to recieve free medical care at tax payers expense.
