I had AAA surgery in 1999. It was terrible and the doctors stated that this surgery
is worse than open heart surgery. I am 82 and my aorta is 3 cm and my doctor is
watching, with ultra sounds ever 6 months. If or when it reaches 5cm a discision will be made
on what to do. Sure hope the stent will be approved by that time.
