This Cholera outbreak in Haiti underscores the utter corruption and diversion of the hundreds of Millions of dollars given by America and many nations around the world to the Haitian Government and to numerous Haitian 'Aid' relief organizations.
South America has repeatedly dealt with periodic Cholera outbreaks and the international community has fully responded with 10 cent Salvation mineral packets containing the minerals and essential compounds to quickly restore a Cholera victim back to health. The packet is simply poured into water which is boiled and then the victim sips on the resulting fluid as they regain their strength and health. A mere TEN CENTS each and NONE of these Salvation Packets Found in Haiti!!!
Lacking the extremely 'cheap' Salvation mineral packet's, Cholera victims in South America quickly found a single small unpeeled potato boiled in water to which a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar are added would produce a fluid with the necessary minerals and nutrients which the Cholera victim simply sips as they regain their strength and health.
Hundreds of MILLIONS of Aid Dollars given to Haiti and there are no raw potato's?
A simple advisory to the Haitian people that ALL food and ALL water must be cooked or boiled prior to consumption.
Microwave ovens can quickly deactivate the Cholera bacteria by placing all prepared and cooked food and water and cooking in a microwave oven for 1 or 2 minutes.
A year before the horrific January 13th. Haitian earthquake took place, supposedly Bush jr. gave Haiti a free American taxpayer provided large multi-Million dollars in cash. WHERE did that money go?
There were no emergency medical supplies mere months after this Bush jr. charity.
There was no emergency rescue equipment fleets mere months after this Bush jr. charity.
There were no emergency food supplies mere months after this Bush jr. charity.
And yet Haiti is in the direct path of many Hurricanes where stockpiles of electrical power generators, food, medical supplies and rescue vehicles are ESSENTIAL.
This entire problem from Bush-Cheney thru the Haitian Earthquake SCREAMS CORRUPTION! ALL the money Haiti was supposedly getting was diverted elsewhere, I'm certain Bush-Cheney know exactly where it went and who got it. What is certain, the Haitian People didn't receive it and the Haitian public services didn't receive it. THOUSANDS of Haitian People DIED directly because of that corruption.
The world's humanitarian courts should convene a tribunal and determine if serious charges against George Walker Bush and Dick Cheney are substantiated for charging them with humanitarian charges against the Haitian people and for gross corruption in diverting humanitarian funds to a entirely different select group of utterly corrupt individuals.
The money most likely ended up in the private bank account of the president of Haiti. This piece of filth, like all presidents before him, has done nothing at all for the Haitian people but steal from them. He's the guy who made us PAY before we were allowed to land at HIS airport to deliver aid to HIS people immediately following the quake.
The Swiss bank where the former Haitian president salted away millions stolen from the people, refused to return the money to Haiti, instead allowing it to become the property of the former president's family.
As clearly as a ringing bell, that was a signal that any corrupt official could steal from their country, put it in a Swiss bank, and be assured that it would be safe from being returned to a country's coffers.
Being president of Haiti is probably the most lucrative governmental position in the world, given that the country subsists on billions donated by other nations.

An outbreak of some sort was expected in the wake of the Jan. 12 earthquake, but this came out of the blue — there had never been a case of cholera confirmed in the island nation. So far nobody is investigating the cause; suspicions are high that the South Asian strain was carried by U.N. peacekeepers from Nepal, but the case is politically sensitive and health organizations who might investigate say they are currently focused on controlling its spread."
The previously-established facts are:
1) The strain of cholera currently infecting Haiti is common in Nepal, yet has never before been present in Haiti.
2) The Nepalese peacekeepers were not tested for cholera if they showed no symptoms of the disease.
3) This strain of cholera can be carried by someone who shows no symptoms.
4) Probable carriers of the disease have been introduced into a situation where the sanitation is known to be conducive to such an outbreak.
The Nepalese peacekeepers are a KNOWN PROBABLE CAUSE of this cholera outbreak, yet the article says that it would be "politically sensitive" to further investigate this probability.
These unnamed "health organizations" are committing a large-scale crime by not testing the Nepalese peacekeepers at once. Given the previously-established facts, the Nepalese should be removed, period!
Well isn't that lovely. A church selling water from a donated machine during a time of crisis when fresh water is a main concern.
