Yes, I agree that using condoms is a way to prevent spreading HIV to other partners; however, it is better to educate people about diseases and risks. Above all, condoms should be used only for dire situations.

You are a @!$%#ing idiot. That is the reason that a lot of the kids get into trouble by getting diseases and pregnant. Some people don't know how to close their legs.
Plus, it is a sin to have sex before marriage. Don't get me wrong. It'll be nice to do it before marriage, but then again, it's sinful, and I want to save all that loving for my wife.
Abstinence only education doesn't work. It's clear that, while abstinence obviously guarantees safety from STIs and pregnancy, people need to be educated about safe sex. As for premarital sex being a sin, well, that's your opinion, not a fact.
Actually, Africa should be demanding an apology to all the families whose members died because the Pope had denounced condoms, even to stop HIV.
As for Capitalist...he will be pleased to learn that Bristol Palin agrees with him completely, that abstinence is the key. Her out-of-wedlock child will no doubt learn to do the same.
So if Africans follow the Pope's teaching to the letter, then why didn't they stop premarital sex which is also prohibited by the church? Why are they only following him now that he allows condoms?
