First of all, the girl used him and he used her. Not going to get those boobs back, lol! Looks like a small claims court thing to me. Also, the value of the boobs has depreciated greatly since they have been used in another persons body, no one will want them anyway. So, they're probably worthless outside of her. How familiar are you with the German court system?

I'm pretty sure German boobs are themselves as safe from collection as American boobs are. Not so sure about, say, Chinese boobs, but European boobs are treated just like American boobs - inside court, and outside too, except on some beaches.

Ash, you are right. You should never loan money to friends or family. If you do, you do it as if you NEVER expect to be paid back. It may have started as a loan, but it is really a gift.

What always makes me shake my head is seeing people on the court TV shows, like Judge Alex, that have several "loans" they want to have repaid - and when the judge asks "Why did you loan this person more money when he/she never paid back the first loan?" the answer is always "I loved him, I trusted him, etc., etc., etc.". If I loaned someone money once, and it didn't get paid back in a timely fashion, I damn sure wouldn't be loaning them a cent more.

Would someone please explain this concept of not GIVING money to relatives (i.e. grown children, gone), to my wife! We have our own financial problems. Our kids think we have a friggin money tree! 2 "loans" not a single dime repaid, as of yet. I told her, I even bet her, "you won't see ....much now that you lent her that money." Saddened, the woman CHOSE to enter into a WRITTEN loan agreement with her boyfriend, that had very specific terms as to the circumstances under which she didn't have to pay back the loan. She broke the terms of the contract by breaking up with the guy - so why shouldn't she have to pay him back every cent he loaned to her?

I do agree, though, that IF she actually did already pay 3000 euros (and we only have her word for that), the ex-boyfriend should be willing to set up some type of payment plan, rather than making ridiculous threats.
