It is not so rare! My 21 year-old daughter died in Paris 3 years ago! In France, we are not informed at all about this disease! She was a student. When she told me she thought she had a bad flu, it was already the beginning of the end!She fell in a coma soon after and died the day after. The medical team tried hard but could not do anything for her! It was too late! Before any vaccine, EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE INFORMED AND AWARE OF THIS DANGER.
Becca R....The common sense approach would be to find out what you are allergic to rather than avoid vaccinations all together. Not only are you putting yourself at risk for life-threatening, preventable infections but you are also at risk of infecting someone else, especially someone with a weak or compromised immune system.
Im sorry I should have been more clear... I am allergic to the Pertussis vaccine so I haven't had any of the other Pertussis shots since my first one. I am up to date on all my other shots, and so is my son. We also both got the flu vaccine this year.
This is just a fear mongering article. The girl in question should have known better than to go to some frat party. Had she gone immediately to the hospital, she would have been fine.
As a college student who had to go to great lengths to get out of the mandatory vaccine, I am insulted that people are so stupid that they think we should be forced to do something.

Give sad exception to the rule anecdotal story. Make the disease bigger than it really is. Scare people and work them into a frenzy. Get them to think their neighbor is a disease ridden vector so not only will they themselves rush to the pharmacy but they will also put social pressure on their family neighbors and friends.
Deny any reaction of vaccine death as totally coincidental and get the doctors and other vaxxine believers to do the same. Get government immunity.
They should get rid of all medication and just start putting it into syringes and calling it vaxxine.
