After reading up on these things a bit I know there's a lot of skepticism out there, and rightfully so... let me preface this by saying I don't really care if you consider me ignorant.
I had an EFX bracelet given to me and I noticed an improvement in my recovery time after workouts. I didn't buy into the whole "applied kinesiology" balance tests or whatever, but after using it in a real-world environment, I had benefits that I didn't anticipate, which makes the "placebo effect" a hard explanation for me to digest.
Scream about my logical fallacies all you want.... the bracelet works for me and that's good enough.
