During winter months, I use one cap full of Skin So Soft bath oil from Avon to a tub of warm bath water then massage skin w/SSS lotion while my ski is still moist.
Another one with too much time on their hands. I'm sure it won't work for everyone What could you be trying to sell. You sound like the companies with products, we can't trust anymore..you must be rich and have a personal trainer and all you need including time to be beautiful...
I just use shampoos and body washes with food-grade certified organic plant-based ingredients like Tea Tree Oil, Coconut Oil, Peppermint, and many others. They are very effective moisturizers and very powerful cleaners. American Crew, Redken, Paul Mitchell, and many others make these kind of shampoos and body washes, but you can only find them at major salons like Beauty Brands, and they don't come cheap - $11 for an 8.45oz bottle. American Crew's Tea Tree line of products is designed to moisturize and nourish hair, scalp, and skin, but is a tad too strong to be used daily (it is recommended to use it only three times a week), while AC's Citrus Mint line of products has the same ingredients and does the exact same thing, but the Citrus Mint line is gentle enough for daily use.
American Crew's Tea Tree and Citrus Mint products are very effective anti-dandruff and do so by moisturizing and nourishing the hair and scalp. They are also very effective anti-lice, with the oils in the shampoo smothering the lice and eggs, killing them through suffocation. Most dry skin problems can be dealt with using AC's Tea Tree or Citrus Mint line of products.
If you're wondering how many times I have to reapply moisturizer after using American Crew products, the answer is zero. If I use the stuff once a day, every day, it does a very good job of keeping my skin moist even in bitterly-cold temperatures, and American Crew's Tea Tree line of products will actually keep working for up to 48 hours after application (I use that stuff myself, so I've seen firsthand what it can do). I have really sensitive skin that dries out really quick if I don't use moisturizers, but this American Crew stuff works very well, does not irritate my sensitive skin, and actually keeps my skin from drying out if I use it on a daily basis.
i haven't had dandruff since i was in my teens and now at 50 something i get a case of it. it's been realatively dry this later part of the yr in fl so that might be the problem. but i've been hear 26 yrs and have had dry winters w/out any kind of break out. i used to use 'head & shoulders shampoo which worked great. i'll have to pick up a bottle of it .
What I do is (always stay hydrated) apply moisturizer to my face and neck before bed and lock it in with some petroleum jelly. it sounds gross, but its amazing, i wake up with perfect soft skin every morning!

For the older folks age spots show up and stand out. The only way to deal with this is to use a cream which puts moisture back into the hands
