Ms. Palin is trying to convince us she knows her ass from a hole in the ground. Too late. She hss supplied ample evidence that she's dumb as a rock, although she has a talent for self promotion, especially to, let's see, how did Bush's cabinet member describe Geoge W? Oh,yeah, the most intellectually incurious person he's ever met. That would seem to me to be a good description of Palinites. And yes, I'm a progressive although I don't want to vote for Obama again and am hoping the Republicans will nominate a viable candidate. Otherwise I'm not voting for the first time in my adult life. I take that back; if Palin is the candidate I will vote for anyone else.

The Haitians need leadership from their own ranks. They need someone not afraid to get their hands dirty and lead their country men in rebuilding their own country. The world can help with supplies but it is the Haitians that must rebuild their country or it will have no value to them and it will not last. Give a hand up not a hand out.

Palin is late to the party and is proposing the classic neo-socialist methods to fix the problems; redistribution from the rich to the poor. Now that Palin is bucks-up, lets see her write that big check for the poor.

Oh, great! Sarah Palin is now taking charge of Haitian relief operations. There just is noend to this woman's talents. Alaskan trailer park trash saves the day in Haiti. I hear once she done saving the day in Haiti she is headed to Israel to put all those bad boys in the middle east in their place. She may even go to the Vatican and congratulate the Pope on his recent decision regarding Trojans and to tell him how much she liked the movie and Brad Pitt. Maybe a quick stop in Sweden to visit Julian Assange to give her support. Up to the North Pole to help Santa wrap presents. Then back to the U.S. in time to drop the gavel to stop trading at the New York Stock Exchange. Finally, just enough time to participate in the swearing in of all those new Tea Party winners at the House of Representatives. This woman will have such a polished image for her run for the Presidency no one will recognize her. She manages to squeeze all this in between episodes of her Alaskan Grizzly Bear reality show. Fortunately, no amount of polish can cover up what a chuckle-headed self-serving opportunistic pile of bovine bowel waste she is. Barbara Bush voiced a majority of Americans feeling when said she hopes Sarah Palin stays in Alaska.

Again I must ask the questions. Why is this idiot still news worthy? And who cares what she has to say? Let her pay for all of this if she wants to...just don't expect taxpayers to pony up any money for any cause of hers. I don't recognize her as anyone worth listening to.

I think she should stay there indefinitely, or until she figures out what the U.S. policy is on humanitarian aid to Haiti -- which should be a heckuva long time -- wink, wink. Can she see Cuba from there?

 Maybe she can donate a couple of cariboo steaks from that pet cariboo she ambushed and shot if in fact she did shoot it. She's so crosseyed I can't see how she could hit the broad side of a barn. I guess Todds insurance doesn't cover corrective eye surgery.

Maybe she should have a little talk with Sen Coburn (R) and asked him to release the funds promised by the US last year. I'm sure any of that $Billion would come in handy in rebuilding the country.
