What a beautiful way to make an impact. Organ donation is a wonderful gift to others and a way to stay alive in the memories and lives or others even after you die. I hope my body can be useful to someone else after I'm gone. Good luck to both families as they grieve and heal respectively.
5 years ago nov. 29 my son became a universal organ doner after 10days in a comma and extensive tests to get him to respond. he would not breath on his own so a man who went out of his way with his family to meet a reluctant me, showed me that we are all GODS instruments," for it was HE whom made us and not we ourselves." I still am in shock and grief over my 33 yr old sons passing. It never goes away. but I know that a man with 2 sons is there to raise them because of my sons commitment to organ donation, and 2 others I have never heard abt. except they survived and are doing ok. ( thru the double -blind notif systenm in the CALIF,. transplant network) I know my son is with JESUS beyond the shadow of a doubt. Its up to us the living that are still here to help the poor and the needy and pray for those far beyond our reach. Sincerely Jan DeWitt .
The most gracious gift you can give is that of yourself.
Sign up to be an organ donor, make sure your family members know your wishes and agree to abide, and leave instructions in your medical power of attorney. If your state has one, enter your information in the online organ donation registry.
If able, also commit to be a regular blood donor. Not only are you helping others, but you lose one pound of weight! (One pint = one pound)
Kids like to play with words that may shock adults that are not mature. They love to see the impact of their actions! Some adults never leave this condition, so they keep acting the same way. Ignoring is the best way to handle such bahavior!
For the record; apparently Culp's new face also had some plastic surgery done after the original transplant to 'tighten things up'-----------or, at least that was the intention.
What an amazing story!~ I am ecstatic seeing just how one person can love someone they don't know in this day and age!! It does my heart good and gives me more hope. The gift of life is an amazing one. To love with no conditions and no reservations. God Bless everyone. And to Jwright-1317095 My grandmother taught me a very important value when i was a young girl...... I think that u need to hear it. If u don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all, especially if it intentionally hurts someone, then don't say anything at all!!! I'll say a prayer for u tonight. Bonnie Bohannan
That must be very weird.
I'm glad for the lady, but to the surgeon please try to keep a straight face next time.
God help you. That is so bogus of you to say. I personally think that she looks amazing. Beauty is in the eye of the holder!

If you could just see the before and after of the woman you would think she looks amazing.
She looked amazing before but how she looks now, she is a new person.
For the person who made the comment from Jwright-1317095 you are so bogus that it's insane. your comment made me sooo mad!
