We might as well just hand it straight to the Taliban. The Afghan Government is so corrupt it is more Taliban than Afghan.

Give a man a stick - he has a tool to make - Give him a pointed stick, he has a tool he can sell .... Give a man with nothing a pointed stick - he will sell it to someone and try to get more free pointed sticks - to sell to those that have $$'s and no access to the free pointed sticks - and so it begins ... The man that needed the free pointed stick - can now BUY one - but chooses to sell them to those that should not HAVE them ... Small weapons - same idea. Meds, Guns, Food - all the same.. Mismanaged weapons of self-destruction in the wrong hands
