This pill sounds pretty good, but how is it supposed to be applied to combat. As a college student studying to practice medicine in the military, I know that, if hit right, one can bleed to death minutes after injury. The article only mentions that this can be applied to combat; so if a soldier loses a leg to a mine, how long would this pill take to yield the intended effect? Unless this drug is powdered for field use, i don't see this being very applicable to a combat situation.
