Why is the doctor being charged with murder, when the mothers who hired him to kill their babies are free to go on with their lives as if they did nothing wrong. If the doctor is guilty of murder, the mothers of the dead babies are guilty of hiring someone to commit murder. As far as I know it is far worse in the eyes of the law to pay someone to kill another human being than to do it yourself.
