This "Insulin like" Growth Factor is protein, like Insulin. Like insulin, it would not be able to be taken orally as the enzymes in the stomach would destroy it.

A nasal spray may be possible, but it well may be that it will be a injection, like insulin. No 'pills' to be stolen by the kids. Sorry :-p
