People who don't suffer with migraine's can never understand the agony and silent suffering we deal with. I have had migraine's since I was 17 and I can't believe how little has been done in terms of treatment over the past 30 years. Hopefully this reporters on-camera episode will bring more attention to this painful and disruptful condition. I have had similar symptoms including a blown pupil and after MRI's and CT's the conclusion was MIGRAINE! Glad you are feeling better.
The plural of migraine is migraines, not migraine's. The apostrophe makes it possessive. If you are 47 (as am I and a fellow migraine sufferer) you should know that
My daughter had migraines with auras since she was a toddler. At age 11, the migraines were replaced by seizures (epilepsy). After seven years, we finally found meds that mostly control the seizures, and now the migraines are back. I don't know what the connection is between the migraines and the epilepsy, but there does seem to be one.
I would advise this reporter to sign up for an extended EEG. We have learned a great deal from those.
