This was passed by 62 percent of the voters! This will be the first voted-in law in Montana that will be struck down by the state without the voters wishes! What law will be next?? What makes anyone think that once they start ignoring a voted-in law that they will stop? IF a change is needed refer it back to the voters for change!! If being given the right to vote means that the gov. can do whatever it wants, why vote? Hitler and other dictators would love this idea!

As for more people getting thier cards after 2009 remember till A.G. Holder said that the feds would no longer go after legal (state) card holders you could still be charged with a federal crime. So why register and get yourself arrested for it before that!!

Marijuana is like an all natural aspirin...except better because you can't OD on it and it has more uses. If everyone had to get a card to obtain aspirin I guarantee there would be a huge number of card holders so it doesn't surprise me how many have the medical marijuana card.
