Oh! Now the government wants a public admission of what we know they already knew for years but wanted to hide because of all the profits they made from people dying from this product. And I guess the profits must be dropping off since more and more people are either dying off and bringing less profit for the government or more people are at least trying to quit and thus bringing in less profit.

And there's the fact that they created some law preventing people from suing the tobacco companies for the fraud they perpetrated on the public many years ago lying about tobacco not being addictive...when the public knew what was happening...well at least some of us did.

This is just bull@!$%# on the governments part. And they should include themselves in this admission they want from the tobacco companies...they are just as guilty as the tobacco companies for this fraud on the public. Of course that won't happen and they will find a way out of that.
