Of course fruits and vegetables MAY not help allergies. What do you expect from the GMO, agricultural pesticides, fungicides, fertilizers and synthetic garbage used to grow the foods?
It is the crap used on the foods that cause allergies to begin with.
Eat natural and foods not tainted by all the chemicals and fruits and vegetables WILL help with allergies and a lot of other ailments.
