When Americia was first established, we succeded from England due to the fact that we wanted to have certain rights. Now 200 some years later it's England all over again. Where does the state of Arizona get off telling me (us) what we can and can not do? I have certain rights that they can not infringe upon. I have choices to make, Grnat it not all the choices may be correct in the states eyes, but they are my personal choices. Let's see these fat politicians and the govenor be taxed for something they enjoy. Oh boy... all hell would break lose then. Come on people let's not lose anymore of our rights. Give them an inch and they'll take whatever they want away from us, and tax us for it. Can anyone say REVOLT?!

If the state would do a in depth investigation and took all the illeagal aliens off of the AHHCCS insurance, Arizona would save millions!! I'm tired of paying taxes to a state that goes to pay for someone who doesn't pay taxes, who's never paid taxes instead of going to a legal resident of this state who needs a hand up or assistance while they're sturggling in this horrid economy!

The government is not going to run my life without my approval, and I do not approve of this in any way, shape or form!. I will not let them tell me how to live and neither should anyone else. The Constitution is getting stepped on again.

If the state would do an in-depth sweep of EVERY single person who is on AHCCCS Insurance and denied coverage to all the illegal aliens living in this state tax free, the state of Arizona would save millions!

I am all for legal immigration and for people to come to AZ to find a better life, but do it right and legal.

I'm tired of paying taxes to a state who turns a blind eye to the thousands of people it is supporting with my tax paying dollars who are not legal citizens of this state or country. I am more that willing to help a fellow citizen who has suffered from this current economic state and needs to have insurance while they are looking for work or if they're employer doesn't offer insurance.

If I didn't own a house or have an established life in Arizona, I would gladly move!

Are you freaking kidding me? So mountains of red tape and additional tax payer funded doctor visits to collect a $50 fee that wont even cover the costs it creates. Genius. And Arizona wonders why its broke.

I really hope this passes. Does Sen. Krysten Sinema understand the difference between type one and type two diabetes? Type two is not a medical condition that is "beyond one's own power and control". People have type two diabetes as a direct result of choices they have made. AND, the proposal states that only diabetics who fail to follow their doctor's order to lose weight would pay. What's wrong with holding people responsible for the poor choices they make? I'm sick of paying for health care for people who are smokers and obese.

 Studies have shown that in the long run this plan will cost more.  Smokers, diabetics and obese people don't live near as long.  Their medical costs end when they die young.  I say provide them with more food and smoking materials and they will cost less sooner.

I thought the Healthcare Bill, Obamacare, was supposed to cover everyone, including 100% of the illegals in our country. Isn't that the reason the IRS has already collected over 105 Billion dollars? The 105 Billion was hidden about 1950 pages into the bill and the only ones that knew it was being collected were the Democrat leaders, whom snuck it into the bill.

If they want to do this, just like other insurance companies charge everyone, but to say that only one part of the population is going to be charged and not the other should be illegal. Applying the fee to ONLY childless adults for Smokers, overweight and other unhealthy items is clearly discrimination based on individual circumstances and not what this program is intended for which is low income families! Large insurance carriers do not discriminate against a single man with kids or no kids when they intend to cover him individually so comparing the two is not similiar. Since when is it Kidicaid it is medicade and kids are not the only ones living in poverty or without proper health care.

That's ridiculous! Childless adults don't get AHCCCS unless they have an emergency situation or they are on a fixed income. Period. If they can even get it at all now. God only knows if anyone will get coverage again. They already killed the KidsCare program for uninsured or under-insured children where the parents actually pay a premium every month.
