Same old B.S. seems there are politicians out there that endorse the black market and the Mexician cartels. Why else would the government be playing these ridiculous games with peoples lives. After all the president wanted to decriminialize medicial marijuana and we know how well he gets things done just like the big change spiel

So sad....the pill poppers can get their meds anytime....the rest of the people who want effective meds cannot get theirs without being a criminal!! These Federal Prosecutors just need to go away...waste of tax money!

I believe the federal taxation rate of prescription pharmaceuticals in the USA is around 37%+ (add a few for various reagent). Does this spell out what kind of BILLIONS we are talking about here?

The federal government would be allowing a huge income hit against a taxation which can not be substantiated in it's efficacy toward regulation and monitoring of the industry if it were to openly allow methods to circumvent that taxation. Marijuana is exactly that.

We are not talking about the right or wrong of it here, or the reasons why, because this is a dirty little secret for our wonderfully corrupt oversights. If anyone really wanted to expose this Trompe l'oeil, they would find themselves the brunt of a very nasty attack. As example, a federal prosecutor warning a State of it's potential culpability.

There is no reason to read between the lines here. It is a plain as can be. Federal regulations are, by design, meant to bolster the coffers. It was always this way, always will be, and no amount of desire for righteous change will overcome it.

A fat and sassy fed is what was bargained for on incept. Now it is completely self fruitive.... AT ALL COST.
