I worry about any semblance of confidientality these days. I also rarely go to the doctor.

    I think this is a great idea and would likely encourage more people to ask questions of their docs and/or listen to what others ask. I found this video helpful in forming questions: http://whatstherealcost.org/video.php?post=five-questions
