There should be a crackdown on the misinformation spread about circumcision preventing HIV infection in the US. The two primary transmission paths in the US are :

1) Anal reception of HIV-infected sperm

2) Intravenus injection of HIV-infected blood

Circumcision plays no role at all in reducing the infection rate from those two paths. It is ridiculous to propagate information that a man or a woman is safer having sex with a circumcised man, particularly when condoms are included.
