The feds are forcing states to do what they want after changing thier minds from the 2009 memo to the new one.  Sounds like the american  people were set up by Obama into thinking they were now ok by state law ! Set the states up also into thinking it was ok !!!

I think medical mary jane should be leagal already. I dont know what the big problem is, its not addicting, and its usage should be for people who really have pains. My boyfriend shouldn't even be alive, he has a tumor at the base of his brain stem. He already went into surgery once, and is about to go in for a second timel. He has no real phychian, and he cant afford the medications he should have already been given. On top of that he is facing a medicine shortage to help him get off the operating table and successfully remove his tumor. The only medicine that has been helping his symptoms from his first surgery after cyber knife is this mary jane. Im sure there are others out there too who try like we have through tough situations like me.

This is ridiculous. Just legalize and regulate it already. How many people have to die in the United States and Mexico, over a substance that's not addictive, has medical use, and is less harmful than cigarettes and alcohol? Sounds like the feds maybe need to smoke a bowl or two and relax already.
